How it works
During your year, you’ll gain practical insights into international business through weekend workshops and seminars led by industry experts, academics, and/or Mountbatten alumni. These sessions will focus on the real-world challenges and opportunities faced by managers in global business environments and highlight cultural intelligence as a crucial skill for effective leadership and interaction.
You’ll also use Coursera to select courses tailored to your career goals, earning globally recognized certifications. The platform’s digital tools—such as virtual classrooms and flexible learning options—will complement the in-person workshops, helping you develop key skills in technology, marketing, and leadership.
