What’s Included?
Your program fees cover the following services:
- Administrative Support: Guidance throughout the application and admissions process.
- Placement Support: End-to-end support for your placement, including careful vetting of your host organization, ongoing guidance during your program, and ensuring all requirements are met throughout your time in the UK.
- Visa Assistance: Issuance of visa sponsorship documents and support with visa-related procedures.
- Orientation: Pre- and post-arrival sessions and materials to help you prepare for life and work in the UK.
- Emergency Insurance: Coverage for emergency medical evacuation and repatriation of mortal remains
- Ongoing In-Country Support: We’re here to support you throughout your time in the UK—wherever your placement takes you
Fee Breakdown
Placements of 6 months or less

Placements of more than 6 months, up to 12 months
| Application Fee | GBP £75 | Payable at application. Non-refundable. |
| Sponsorship Fee | GBP £1,425 | Due after placement is confirmed and before Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is issued. Non-refundable after CoS has been issued. |

Other Fee(s)
| Site Visit Fee | GBP £150 + Travel Cost | See Site Visit Requirements below. Additional travel costs apply for host organizations located outside Greater London. Payable upon confirmation that a site visit is required. |
Site Visit Requirements
A site visit will be required if the host organization meets all of the following criteria:
- Fewer than 20 full-time employees
- Annual revenue below £3 million
- Registered at Companies House for less than 2 years
Additional Costs
In addition to Sponsorship Fees, you should budget for the following:
- UK visa application fee: USD $300-600*. Additional fees apply for Priority Processing.
- Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS): up to GBP £1,035* for visas lasting six months or longer — A mandatory fee as part of your visa application, giving you access to the UK’s National Health Service (NHS).
- Comprehensive Travel and Medical Insurance: mandatory if the visa is issued for less than six months. These visa holders are not subject to the Immigration Health Surcharge and will be charged for any NHS treatment they receive. Consequently such visa holders are required to maintain adequate travel and health insurance coverage for the duration of their stay.
- Tuberculosis Testing: Depending on your country of residence, TB testing may be required as part of your visa application if coming to the UK for 6 months or longer — see Tuberculosis tests for visa applicants.
- Travel to the nearest embassy or consulate for a visa processing.
- Flights to and from the UK
- Personal Possessions Insurance and additional health/comprehensive travel insurance
- Living Expenses for the First Few Weeks: Approximately GBP £2,500* — costs may vary depending on your location within the UK.
