Once you have submitted your application, our team will review it and let you know if you have been selected for a virtual interview with Mountbatten. This is your chance to show us you are ready for the challenge of living and working in one of the world’s most dynamic business cities. If your application progresses, you may also be invited to interview with a potential Host Organization. Both interviews are important steps in the placement process and require thoughtful preparation. Virtual interviews may be the norm, but making a strong and professional impression is just as important as ever.
