Get ready for the future of work

Build your skills, network, resume and potential with practical training.  You’ll undertake a full-time placement with a New York based host organization in one of the following placement areas: finance, business operations, IT, marketing and communications, events and HR.  You’ll access senior members of the New York business community, develop your personal brand, and take the first steps to becoming a leader of tomorrow.

The Placement Process

We work with our host organizations to match the right candidates to their placement opportunities. Our host organizations select who they would like to interview based on your resume and professional statement, so it’s important to sell yourself and demonstrate your transferable skills.

Selected for interview with a host organization?  We’ll share the placement profile with you so you can prepare. You’ll need to identify clear examples from your experiences, showcasing those skills that are suitable to the business and the placement.

If you’re offered and accept a placement, we’ll coordinate your visa paperwork and prepare for your arrival in New York City.  With your visa in hand, you’re ready to start your 12 months in New York!
