Apply today and you could be joining our next cohort of young professionals in New York City. Create your my.mountbatten account, have your resume at the ready, and share why you think you have what it takes to be a Mountbatten.
Upload your resume, submit two work references, share what you hope to achieve by participating in the Program, and pay your application fee.
We'll assess your application following the deadline for that intake and let you know if we'll be inviting you to interview with the Mountbatten team. We want to know that you have what it takes to make a life-changing move to a fast-paced business city.
3. Candidate Pool
If you're a good fit you'll join the candidate pool, pay your initial deposit, and we'll start matching you with our host organizations.
4. Placement Process
We work with our host organizations to match the right candidates to their placement opportunities. Host organizations select who they would like to interview based on your resume and professional statement, so it’s down to you to sell yourself. Brush up on your interview skills and make sure you're prepared!
5. Apply for Your Visa & Pack Your Bags
Congratulations! You've been offered and accepted a placement. We'll work with you to coordinate your visa paperwork, prepare for your arrival, and ensure a smooth transition from your home country. With your visa in hand, you'll be ready to spend the next year in one of the world's great global cities.
