London or New York?

A year in an international business city before heading to Bangkok

London or New York?

The trainee placement

The Mountbatten Program works with leading organizations to help kick-start the careers of young professionals. From financial services to legal to tech and everything in-between, our host organizations cover a wide spectrum of industry sectors, offering placements in finance, marketing, HR, business development and more. Your skills and experience are matched with our participating host organizations, giving you the opportunity to interview for the available placements. Once accepted and placed with a host organization you will gain 12 months hands-on experience providing you:

  • international experience and perspective
  • skill development
  • unique networking opportunities with senior global executives.

An international internship is transformative for any professional, providing a unique selling point with employers.

Being able to talk about my experience at a top tier investment bank in London, followed by field research for my MBA dissertation in Thailand has provided countless conversation starters across my professional career.
