Study

Mountbatten is an approved academic partner of the University of Chester; one of the oldest British Institutions devoted to Higher Education in the UK. From its roots in the North West of England, the University of Chester has more than 175 years of experience developing innovative and socially relevant curricula. Its success is reflected in consistently high levels of student satisfaction, resultant employability and the achievement of its graduates.

We offer a work-based study program alongside your 12-month work placement.

The Postgraduate Certificate (PGC) Business Administration helps our trainees build the practical skills and knowledge to prepare them for a career in business. Gaining sharpened critical thinking skills, academic knowledge and the ability to apply this through advanced reflective thinking. This experiential learning program is design to act as a feed into Mountbatten’s two Masters’ programmes, the MA Global Business and the MBA. This means that the 60 credits achieved through the successful completion of the PGC would enable students to progress on to the 180 credit MA or MBA programme following the PGC, bringing their credits with them.

“My year-long experience provided some of my best memories and set me on a career-path that I never imagined I’d be on. ”
