Apply today and you could be joining our next cohort of trailblazing professionals in London. Simply create your my.mountbatten account, have your resume at the ready, and share why you think you have what it takes to be a Mountbatten.
Upload your resume, submit two work references, share what you hope to achieve on your year in an international city, and pay your application fee.
2. Interview: Rolling
As soon as you submit your application we will assess it and invite you to interview with the Mountbatten team. We want to know that you have what it takes to make a life-changing move to a fast-paced business city.
3. Candidate Pool: December
If you're a good fit you'll join the candidate pool, pay your deposit and we'll start matching you with our partner companies.
4. Placement Process: December - February
Brush up on those interview skills and prepare to shine. Mountbatten will put you in front of our partners but it's up to you to sell yourself and secure your final placement. Make sure you're prepared!
5. Pack your bags: March 2020
Congratulations! You've secured your placement and will be spending the year in one of the world's great global cities. On our side we'll get your visa sorted, prepare for your arrival and work with you to ensure a smooth transition from your home country.
