How It Works
- Mountbatten Relationship: We work with you to ensure a smooth process.
- Candidate Selection: We select the best-fit trainees based on our review and your placement. We coordinate interviews and visa processing for selected candidates.
- Processing: We work with your team to provide a smooth start for your trainees. As a J-1 Sponsor in the US and Tier 5 Sponsor in UK, we provide a hassle-free solution.
- Support & Feedback: We provide ongoing support to you and your trainee throughout the year to ensure a successful experience. We provide trainees visa sponsorship, accommodation, monthly stipend, and medical cover.
