Adrian Wilkins LLB MSc JD Barrister MCMI LCIPD FHEA Head, School of Mgmt. and Social Sciences Saint Mary’s University College |
Called to the Bar in 1992, Mr. Wilkins has a diverse practitioner background, with specialisms in employment and commercial law.
Mr. Wilkins is a Licentiate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Chartered Management Institute. His specialist teaching areas encompass all aspects of business law and industrial relations.
Mr. Wilkins is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has considerable experience in new program development in the management and law fields. He also serves as external examiner for a range of University programs. |

Dennis Garritan, Ph.D. Academic Director |
Dr. Garritan is a graduate of Fordham University and holds his doctorate in psychology. He has recently been Chair of the Department of Leadership and Human Capital Management, and Clinical Associate Professor, at New York University, Stern School of Business. In addition to a distinguished career in human resource management at Merrill-Lynch, UBS and Goldman Sachs Inc., Dr. Garritan has been Managing Director of companies specializing in Private Equity and Venture Capital investment, as well as merger and acquisition solutions for financial service companies.
As an academician he has extensive experience in bridging the gap between theory and practice, an aspect of the Mountbatten progamme which he particularly enjoys. As Director of Education at Mountbatten’s New York office, Dr. Garritan continues teaching in our Postgraduate and MBA degree courses and maintains his adjunct faculty status at the Harvard Business School. |

Jabril Bensedrine, PhD Postgraduate Certificate Tutor |
Dr. Bensedrine is a graduate of the ESSEC Graduate School of Business, from which he received his PhD in Business Administration. He was a post-doctoral scholar from 1998 to 2002 at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
Dr. Bensedrine is currently affiliated with The Triana Group, Inc., which co-invests in the global development of highly innovative companies. In capacity as founder and managing director, he and his team are advisors, members of the board, and in some cases acting CEOs, for several American and European companies. Before founding Triana, Dr. Bensedrine took part to the design or funding of projects totaling several hundred million dollars as an expert for financial consulting firm Kenneth J. Dalto & Associates and a partner at ELM Research & Strategy. He also held training and management positions at higher education institutions, and took part to the development of a new high-tech business incubator in the Paris region.

William Czander, PhD Postgraduate Certificate Tutor |
Dr. Czander is a graduate of New York University, from which he received his doctorate in Psychology. He has also completed two post-doctoral assignments, at Yale University’s Institute for Social and Policy Studies, and at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in Psychoanalysis.
Dr. Czander is currently affiliated with the Department of Management, Lubin School of Business, Pace University, following previous teaching positions at Fordham University Graduate School of Business, Manhattan College Graduate School of Business, and Antioch University Graduate School. In his past teaching experience, he has focused on Team Building, Leadership, and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Czander is also affiliated with his own organizational and management consulting firm.

Christine Janssen Postgraduate Certificate Tutor |
Ms. Janssen is a graduate of Fordham University, from which she received a global MBA in Communication & Information Systems and Finance as well as a specialization in e-Business. She previously earned her BS in Marketing from the University of South Florida, and is currently completing her PhD at New York University, where she is developing a phenomenological study on the learning experiences of female entrepreneurs.
Ms. Janssen is currently founder and president of denken Research & Consulting, a boutique consulting firm in New York City providing end-to-end market research, writing and educational services to small business owners, particularly start-ups. She has 20+ years of experience in Marketing, Market Research, New Product Development and Consulting in a variety of industries, including consumer goods, interior design, education, information technology, and financial services.
Ms. Janssen teaches Management Principles and Practices for the Mountbatten Institute and is also an adjunct professor at Fordham University where she teaches Entrepreneurship in the College of Liberal Studies. |

Amy Abel, PhD Postgraduate Certificate Tutor |
Dr. Abel is a graduate of New York University, from which she received her Ph.D. in Business Education and Organizational Learning and Development.
Dr. Abel is currently affiliated with Silk Road Learning, focusing on organizational learning and performance management. She has previously worked with global companies such as JPMorganChase, Adobe Systems, Accenture, Morgan Stanley, and Johnson & Johnson. Through her experience with these companies, Dr. Abel developed subject matter expertise in the areas of organizational needs assessment, leadership and competency development, design and delivery of learning programs, performance improvement, and change management initiatives.
Dr. Abel is the lead convenor for Management Principles and Practices on the Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Practice for the Mountbatten Institute. |

Sabra Brock, PhD Postgraduate Certificate Tutor |
Dr. Brock is a graduate of New York University, from which she received her Ph.D. in Business Education, and from Northwestern University, from which she received her M.S. in Advertising.
Dr. Brock is currently affiliated with the Training Advantage, acting as president, and specializing in transformational management training. She is also currently an assistant professor of business at Touro College. She teaches management and marketing subjects, drawing on her extensive corporate career including vice president at Citigroup in New York and Hong Kong and continued consulting for clients such as Aeon (Japan), Meridian (France), Johnson & Johnson, Hitachi, the Federal Reserve Bank, and Verizon.
Dr. Brock teaches Management Principles and Practices on the Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Practice for the Mountbatten Institute and is also a professor at Touro College Berlin where she teaches management and marketing. |

Kevin R. Brotz, J.D. Postgraduate Certificate Tutor |
Dr. Brotz is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, from which he received his Juris Doctor with High Honors, following the completion of his B.A. in Economics with Honors at Rutgers University.
Dr. Brotz is currently affiliated with several academic institutions, including Metropolitan College of New York (where he supervises students’ Masters thesis preparation), the Manhattan Institute of Management (a school for international business students), Felician College, and LIM College (“Where Business Meets Fashion”). He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses spanning a wide range of topics, including Values and Ethics, Human Resources Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Conflict Negotiation and Resolution, Labor and Employment Law, Organizational Theory, Entrepreneurship and Business Planning, Marketing, Licensing, Business Law, the Criminal Justice System, and Political and Economic Philosophy. Mr. Brotz was engaged in the practice of law for many years, both in private law firms as a litigation attorney, and in government service as a prosecuting attorney. He also has additional business management experience as a Human Resources Manager and Senior Location Executive for a major national upscale business.

Jeff Krawitz Postgraduate Certificate Tutor |
Mr. Krawitz is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, from which he received an MBA. Throughout his career, he has combined his technical background with business and marketing abilities in industry, consulting, and education. Currently, Mr. Krawitz is a consultant and professor, combining leading-edge academic theory with practical day-to-day management issues.
As a partner at Customer Manufacturing Group, he assists clients worldwide in marketing and sales issues including marketing process development, marketing strategies, sales performance, and more. Clients have included Intel, Charles Schwab, Euro RSCG, Sudler & Hennessey, Stryker Medical, and more.
Mr. Krawitz teaches Management Principles and Practices on the Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Practice for the Mountbatten Institute and is an adjunct professor at NYU and Columbia University where he teaches marketing and sales courses in their MBA programs. |

Marie Segares Postgraduate Certificate Tutor |
Ms. Segares is a graduate of Columbia University, where she received both her BA in Sociology and her MPH, for which she concentrated on Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. She received her MBA from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, specializing in Leadership and Change Management, as well as Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Ms. Segares is currently affiliated with the National Academy Foundation, where is the Partnership Manager, linking business leaders with high school career academies in New York City. Professionally Ms. Segares is an experienced non-profit manager, focusing predominantly on health and education. She has served as Program Director for the South Bronx Health Center for Children and Families, overseeing the administrative operations of the center, as well as researching and analyzing patient utilization and demographic changes for planning purposes. Ms. Segares has presented at numerous conferences, workshops, and in-services.
