The Mountbatten Internship Programme is unique.  It offers a carefully designed 12 month training programme that provides an opportunity to learn about American and International business techniques, and to experience the rich cultural diversity of America's most cosmopolitan city.  Successful completion of the Programme leads to a professional qualification: The Certificate in International Business Practice, the Diploma in International Business Practice or the MBA in International Business Practice (see Academic Programme).

Throughout the year interns are given full support from our dedicated team in New York.

Since 1984, the Mountbatten Programme has provided hundreds of college and university graduates with practical training in the high-powered business environment of New York City - and has given them all a chance to expand their horizons, perspectives, and friendships.  The vast majority come from Britain, with some from Europe, and Australia, and a few from other parts of the world.  All of our interns are recruited and interviewed by our own staff, either in the UK, Australia, India or Thailand.

Mountbatten is a formally recognized exchange visitor programme and therefore the New York programme is not open to US citizens or Green Card holders.
