This Post Graduate Management Program will ask you to take an international perspective and to understand the ways in which your business or industry operates within a global economy. In an interdependent world, where cross-cultural understanding is essential at all levels of operations and management, a Post Graduate Management Program in International Business Practice will give you the practical skills and knowledge to appreciate the interactions of international business. During your year of intensive study, you will be challenged to draw from outside of your comfort zone. Included in your year will be an optional study tour to one of the three Mountbatten campuses, in London, New York, or Bangkok, to experience these countries first hand and to meet existing interns with the possibility of joining them subsequent to the completion of the Post Graduate Management Program.
The Post Graduate Management Program in International Business Practice is designed to give you a real-world focus, and a solid introduction to how the world does business.
The Post Graduate Management Program in International Business Practice is structured around a group of core modules, a number of electives and a Management Project, and is delivered over 11 months comprising two semesters.
Candidates complete four core modules during this period of 11 months. These are: Management Principles and Practices, Managing People in Organizations, the International Business Environment and Strategic Management. In addition, candidates also follow a module in Research Methodology. Students are then required to take any two electives from three options.
