Marie is the founding partner of Pelham Performance Partners, a consultancy specializing in executive coaching, management and leadership training and organizational effectiveness. As a former Fortune 500 Training and Development Executive, Marie has seen what it takes to be successful and continue to develop in today’s complex, global and constantly changing business environment. She has coached leaders and teams through mergers, re-organizations, leadership transitions, divestitures and the impact of risk and regulatory changes. Marie works with rising top talent who aspire to take on roles of increasing responsibility and impact and must often recognize and re-focus habits and behaviors that don’t serve them anymore. Her professional experience includes JPMorgan, Time Inc., and the Alexander Consulting Group. In her most recent role as Chief Learning Officer, Managing Director, at JPMorgan, for the 27K staff operational services division of JPMorgan, Marie successfully implemented key transformation and change initiatives which demonstrate the importance and impact of an integrated learning and development organization.
Marie received her Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, and holds numerous certifications including iCoach NY, EQ2.0, MBTI, Hogan, Columbia U. Advanced Organizational Development and Advanced Team Building from NTL.
Marie is the proud mother of an Eagle Scout and student at Fordham's Gabelli School of Business. She is wife of 24 years to fabulous husband, John. They make their home in Pelham Manor, New York. Marie and her family are personally involved in a Rotary sponsored charity, Gift of Life, and have hosted children waiting for lifesaving heart surgery from Iraq, Haiti, and Belize.
