Dr John Rogers is Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and was previously Dean of the School of Business Administration for American International College, Springfield, MA. In these roles, John has overseen a $50 million operating budget, and multiple aspects of the school's administration, including strategic planning, performance management and institutional research. John has additionally accrued over twenty years of teaching experience, as an Assistant Professor of Management at American International College, and as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Albertus Magnus College – New Dimensions, New Haven, Conneticut.


In addition to his academic career, John possesses a wealth of business experience, having worked for the Groupe Yves Rocher, the Stanhome/Enesco Group, and the US State Department.

John received his education from several world renowned institutions, obtaining his PhD in Economic and Business History from The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland, and his Advanced Study in Economics from the University of Paris (VI section EPHE), and a BA in History and Economics from Harvard College, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
